Depending on product type and your order shipping address, Treaja.com ships from California and North Carolina, USA.
Currently, Treaja.com ships only to The United States of America.
Order processing times vary according to order size and product types. Order processing time usually takes 2-7 business days before shipment. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your item has been shipped. Orders from customers who choose expedited shipping are enlisted to the top of our fulfillment queue.
Our store items vary in type and size. Depending on the items included in your orders, some items might be packaged and shipped separately, and each item may have different delivery times. If you would like to know the status of your other items, please e-mail us at email@example.com with your name and order number.
Shipping fees vary according to the order size, type and destination. In your checkout you will choose among different shipping options and your shipping fees will be calculated accordingly. For example, for orders shipped via USPS, the first t-shirt costs $5 within the US, and each additional t-shirt costs $0.75. Your final and accurate shipping rate that is relevant to your order is calculated in the checkout process before finalizing your order.
Sure. Please use our contact form to ask us about our wholesale rates. Kindly state the quantity you would like to order, specify the design from our catalog and color of items (t-shirt, hat,poster, etc.).
We also offer custom design services for wholesale orders.
The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, biodegradable, 100% virgin polyethylene film, FDA and USDA compliant.

Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancelations to your order.
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean
