What payment methods do you accept?

I do not have a PayPal account, can I pay using my card?

Absolutely! Even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay using your credit or debit card through our secure Stripe payment gateway.

Are taxes included in the prices?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website are tax-inclusive. We do not collect any additional sales tax. The amount you see is what you pay.

Are there any hidden fees or charges?

No, there are no hidden fees or charges. The product prices and order total, including tax and shipping, are clearly displayed at checkout. Shop with confidence knowing that our payment process is secure and transparent.

How will I be updated about the progress of my order after placing it?

Once you place your order:

  1. Immediate Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order.
  2. SMS Notifications (if opted in):
    • An SMS will arrive shortly after placing your order, confirming its receipt.
    • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll get another SMS providing the tracking details.
  3. Email Updates:
    • Alongside the order confirmation email, another email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
  4. Detailed Shipping Carrier Updates (if opted in):
    • If you selected “email me detailed shipping carrier updates” during checkout, you will be subscribed to detailed shipment notifications from our shipping carrier. This means you will get email updates when your order is in transit, if there are any unexpected delays, as well as notifications on the order’s arrival and delivery.

What if my order contains a defective product?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inform us within 20 days of its arrival. To help us address the issue, take a photo of the entire product laid flat on a well-lit surface, ensuring the defect or damage is clearly visible. Once we verify the defect or damage, we will arrange a replacement for you at no additional cost.

But before returning your product, please contact us first prior to returning your product to make the appropriate decisions for refund or replacement, or when you have any different concern other than returns.
