Treaja is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. Treaja is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Crh), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.
Collection of Your Personal Information
There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future Treaja customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to a unique username and password, provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password, or subscribe to a newsletter.

- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed

Who on our team has access to this data
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, Administrators, Shop Managers and fulfillment centers Service Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
Contact forms
We keep contact form submissions for customer service purposes, but you do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
Comments and/or reviews
While you visit our site, we collect information about you during the process of creating comments or reviews of products. We’ll track:
- Author name, author email, author IP, date, title, content and review url: we’ll use this to create reviews of products
Surveys
We may display short surveys on the website pages. Survey answers given by the users are stored to prevent showing the same survey again.
If the user has registered to our store, the details of surveys submitted will be stored in a user meta, while if the user is visiting the site with a guest account, these data (survey ID, question and answer) will be stored in a cookie.
Social Sharing and Coupon Codes
As a part of our marketing strategy and customer reward system, we may create and share a discount coupon code after a product or a specific page of the website are shared on one of the social networks available. If the site is visited with a guest user account, the plugin uses a cookie to identify the customer univocally and issue the coupon code.
Payments
We accept payments through Stripe, Amazon Pay payment gateways. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe and Amazon Pay. Information shared with a payment provider to process payments includes:
- Name
- Address
- Phone
- City/State/Zip
- Unique payment identifier
- Payment provider identifier
At the end of the payment process we run some checks on the information provided during the checkout, in order to spot any potential fraudulent purchase. If the fraud risk is high, the email address provided during the checkout will be added to the black list and any future purchase with that email will be prevented.
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- the list of blocked emails
- the list of verified email addresses
