Yes. To keep our products suitable for everyone, we do not accept personalization that contains profanity, offensive language, hate speech, or inappropriate content. However, if the error is in a name or date, it will be printed exactly as you entered it, since there is no standard reference for these.

After 30 minutes, or once printing begins, we’re unable to make further changes since each item is made to order. Normally, your order enters the production queue right after it’s placed. If everything looks fine, it will move through the queue without delay.
