Yes. To keep our products suitable for everyone, we do not accept personalization that contains profanity, offensive language, hate speech, or inappropriate content. Personalizations with unusual requests may be placed on hold for confirmation, which could delay production.

We print your personalization exactly as you enter it, so please check names, dates, and wording carefully before placing your order. Our team may adjust formatting for style consistency (such as capitalization or spacing). If your mistake is very obvious in a common word (for example, anniversary or birthday), we may correct it without notice. However, if the error is in a name or date, it will be printed exactly as you entered it, since there is no standard reference for these.

After 30 minutes, or once printing begins, we’re unable to make further changes since each item is made to order. Yes. Each personalization field has its own character limit to make sure your text looks clear and balanced on the product. The box will either prevent you from typing beyond the limit or let you know exactly how many characters are allowed.

Normally, your order enters the production queue right after it’s placed. If everything looks fine, it will move through the queue without delay.
